Based on increased demand from diners and employees, we decided to introduce a vegan dish to our gastro operations on a trial basis.
Starting in January 2024, meals made from purely plant-based ingredients will appear several times a week in the Strahov canteen. The frequency will gradually increase according to interest. In the coming months, the offer will also be extended to the Studentsky dum canteen.
In the menus, which you can find on agata.suz.cvut, these dishes will be marked with their own icon, see the current image.
