About us
The Service Facilities Administration (SFA) is a part of the Czech Technical University in Prague’s organisational structure. Its primary activity is the provision of accommodation and catering services to students, employees and guests. It provides full gastronomic and congress services within its own facilities. In terms of technology and organisation, it secures the operation and working of outdoor sports facilities at individual dormitories, and it manages and leases non-residential premises to business persons. It also offers accommodation in hotels, running the Novoměstský Hotel and Masarykova Dormitory hotel.

Service Facilities Administration is an integral part of the Czech Technical University in Prague public university, established pursuant to Act no. 111/1998 Coll., on Higher Education Institutes and on Amendments and Supplements to Some Other Acts (The Higher Education Act), as amended, with its registered office at Jugoslávských partyzánů 1580/3, 166 36 PRAGUE 6 - DEJVICE (before 1.9.2018, Zikova 1903/4, 160 00 Prague 6 – Dejvice), under the authority of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports Prague 1, Karmelitská 8. The CTU in Prague was entered in the Czech Statistical Office’s Business Register (ARES) on 21.10.1998, and assigned the ID: 68407700, VAT ID: CZ 68407700, with the date of the entity’s establishment – legal form- legal entity – VŠ 601 ARES – 1.1.1999.
